IP Hard Coating

Originally coatings whose Vickers Hardness is above 1000HV often refer to as Hard Coating. Some Other hardness degrees available in the market such as 600HV and 800HV. The advantage of Hard Coating Is that It dramatically Improves scratch resistance of substrates.

Hard coating can be applied on IPS, IP Grey, IP Dark Gun etc. The thickness of IP Hard coating ranges from 1.Oym to 2.5pm and its Vickers Hardness ranges from 600HV-1200HV.
